Welcome to Shoplist, operated by Wosher. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shoplist mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Wosher ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

    By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

    Shoplist is a mobile application that allows users to create and share shopping lists. Users can add, edit, and delete items on their lists, as well as share their lists with others.

    To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

    You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Wosher, a Wosher employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
    • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm Wosher or users of the App, or expose them to liability.
  7. 7. Intellectual Property
    The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Wosher, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
  8. 8. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
  9. 9. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wosher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: Your use or inability to use the App. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
